Water Flooding in a Clearwater Law Office
The pooling water is reflecting the ceiling lighting in this water-damaged Clearwater office suite. The waiting area and corridor need rapid water extraction to mitigate the water damage. The 9x12 carpet under the chairs has been rolled up after extracting most of the water. It will be removed for further drying in an unaffected room of the suite. SERVPRO removed the vinyl baseboards to dry the base of the drywall with air movers and dehumidifiers. We accomplished our goal of salvaging all the floor carpeting and the walls--NO demolition required. Most office activities carried on as usual during our unobtrusive water removal service.
