Clearwater Condo Is Water Damaged

The lower level unit in this Clearwater condominium was the recipient of water damage from the above neighbor's overflowing bathtub. The fast response from our SERVPRO team managed to prevent large-scale demolition. We carefully removed the popcorn ceiling and dried the sheetrock in place using strategically placed air movers and an LGR-dehumidifier. We monitor the drying process over several days using moisture meters and an infrared camera and reposition the equipment as needed. The After Photo shows the new ceiling surface, freshly painted, "Like it never even happened." We also provided a water mitigation service to the above unit, the culprit in this water-damaging event.
