Clearwater Burst Pipe Water Clean Up

The split water feed line under the vanity soaked the engineered flooring and next room carpet with water ash shown in the Before Photo. Because our customer called us immediately upon discovering this water leak, we dispatched a crew that immediately got to work and removed the visible water with a portable pump and mop and bucket; yes, they are part of our arsenal of equipment always available on our Green Fleet. Our goal was to prevent water damage by wicking to the vanity base cabinet, the flooring and the carpet. The LGR low grain refrigerant dehumidifier and the snout-nosed air mover can soon restore this still wet area and materials to preloss condition.
